The At The Pictures Film Quiz!

I have created the ultimate quiz to see whether you are really a film fan! I have compiled 10 true or false questions to test your knowledge, and don't forget to comment down below how well you do!

New Orpington Odeon Cinema

Finally a new cinema has opened where I live!

I was very excited when I heard about the arrival of the new Odeon cinema opening in my town, Orpington! The building of the new Odeon cinema seems to have taken a lifetime, but the cinema was recently just opened! The new project aimed to provide a wonderful cinema experience, new restaurants and an Isense screen. So what's my verdict?

I couldn't wait to get down to the cinema to see what it was like. My friends and I booked to go on a girls night to see the new comedy How To Be Single. The exterior of the cinema looked fantastic and was a certain improvement from the previous office blocks. Once we had stepped inside it was as if we had been transported into a new and modern part of the world. The escalators took us up into the foyer where we happily purchased our popcorn, sweets and Tango Ice Blasts (absolute necessities!!) Everywhere looked squeaky clean and brand new, as we walked through the corridor into the screen. We sat down in our assigned seats and were really happy with how comfortable they were, and also how much space we had!

The film was hilarious, and you can check out my review of How To Be Single here. I had a great night in the new cinema, and I can't wait to return. As a cinema is now located closer to me, I am hoping to go a lot more often. I invested in an Odeon Premiere Card which means I can add up points to spend on tickets and cinema snacks. I would definitely recommend buying one of these cards, especially if you are a film lover like myself!

Today I am going to share with you 12 beautiful, strong female protagonists in many movies. These characters are all different but portray great women. The Healthy Home Cinema Snack

Whenever I watch films at home (which is a lot), I always feel like I need to fulfil the whole cinema experience. This usually involves me switching off all the lights in my bedroom so that it is pitch black (unless I am watching a horror film), and I make myself a home cinema snack. As much as I love nachos, popcorn, Ben & Jerrys ice cream, sweets and chocolate, they are not very good for you at all. Instead, today I have decided to share with you three idea for a healthy movie nibble.

| Fruit Smoothie |

If you are like me and love to order a Tango Ice Blast at the cinema, or always grab a cup of lemonade or coke to have with you while watching a movie at home, why not quickly make yourself up a tasty smoothie?

-Ingredients-
1 small banana [chopped]
2 cups of pineapple [chopped]
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 cup of baby spinach

-Method-
Simply take all of your ingredients and place them into your cup.
Fasten the attachment on to the top of your cup and shake it.
Place the cup on to the base of the blender
Ensure your attachment is securely fastened to your blender base - or otherwise it could get messy!
Switch on the button, and blend together the ingredients.
Make sure all of the chunks of fruit are fully blended.
Take off your cup and place on your lid - otherwise pour out into glasses.

Finished!

| Frozen Yogurt |

Ben & Jerry's ice cream is just to die for, but if you are looking for a healthier alternative then why not try frozen yogurt? You can top it however you like, and you could even try different flavour yogurts!

-Ingredients-
3 Cups Zero-fat Greek Yogurt
4 tbsp Sweetner
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

-Method-
Simply add the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together thoroughly until peaks form.
Transfer the mix into a container and freeze.
Freeze until at the desired consistency.
To serve, you can eat it plain, or top with anything you like. Perhaps fresh fruit to keep it healthy, nuts, dried fruit or dark chocolate flakes?

Enjoy!
